I always wondered if Vickers attempted to talk reasonably to Sandra about this situation at some point, mom to mom or parent to parent. Ralph probably would have never allowed it and prevented dialysis treatment if Sandra ever spoke to the Vickers. I've always assumed Ralph treated Sandra as badly as he treats all women and we have audio proof of that anyway.
Ronnie was pure white trash but Sandra tried for something better until the weight of all her bad decisions and life's unfairness left her dying in a rented crack shack with a fat adult son who used all her SSI for drugs.

He didn't even bother hiring a lawyer last time because he didn't want to waste any more money taking fat Ls. He's going to beat Gunt at his own game, by going lower.
